ingredients:

  • 1 cup green pepper chunks
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 cans (5 oz.each) ARMOUR® VIENNA SAUSAGE, drained and sliced
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

In large frying pan, cook green pepper, onion, garlic and ARMOUR® VIENNA SAUSAGE in butter or margarine over medium heat 5 minutes.

Add rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, Tabasco sauce, and pepper. Heat 15 minutes.
